Subject: Precaution for SW update after MB exchange / Continuous reboot after MainBoard exchange [REVISION 4].
SYMPTOM
Continuous Reboot after Main Board exchange and update to SW pkg 6.7140 (released18 November 2020)
CAUSE
Software incompatibility.
SOLUTION
After replacing the main board, update the SoftWare version to PKG6.7165 or above like explained in the ‘Software packages follow-up’ Technical Bulletin for your applicable chassis. (16TV028 or 19TV012)
