Subject: Picture flicker.
SYMPTOM
Picture flicker happens at Custom Mode with Brightness at MIN.
CAUSE
Caused by LED Driver Vout LED boost switching OFF in Power Supply board.
SOLUTION
Update Software to PKG6.3628 or above like explained in the ‘Software packages follow-up’ Technical Bulletin for your applicable chassis. (21TV009)
If not solved with Software PKG6.3628 or above, change the PSU board with Part Number like indicated in the applicable Service Manual.
