Software incompatibility.
SOLUTION
Update the SoftWare to version PKG6.5066 EUA like explained in the ‘Software packages follow-up ’Technical Bulletin for your applicable chassis.
!!! NOTE: Do not use SW PKG6.5066EUA in combination with Conditional Access Modules (CAM). This will freeze the CAM App MMI.
Download the applicable file attached to this Technical Bulletin, unzip and copy the extracted file to the root of an empty USB stick.
