Subject: How to do Factory Reset (GR1TP chassis)
Factory Reset without PIN code used during the initial set-up
1) Open the ‘ Home ‘ screen and navigate to the ‘ Settings ‘ icon in the top right corner, and press ‘ OK ‘on the remote.
2) Navigate to ‘ Channel ’ and press ‘ OK ‘.
3) Navigate to ‘ Parental controls ’ and press ‘ OK ‘.
4) Enter the PIN ‘ 9999 ‘ when the menu opens.
5) Navigate to ‘ Change PIN ’ and press ‘ OK ‘.
6) Enter the PIN ‘ 9999 ‘ when the menu opens.
7) Set PIN to ‘ 1111 ‘ and confirm
8) Press ‘ back ‘ twice until the ‘ Settings ‘ menu is displayed.
9) Perform a Factory Reset by navigating to ‘ Device Preferences ‘ → ‘ About ‘ → ‘ Factory reset ‘. Use the PIN ‘ 1111 ‘, which was set in Step 7.
