SYMPTOM
Please refer below method to confirm Whitish symptom. Examples of NG:
Steps to identify Whitish Symptom 1. Get Color Pattern Files • Either download the zip file attached to this TB • Or download from this link 2. Copy them to a USB drive 3. Insert USB to TV Set 4. Open Media Player 5. Select Orange Pattern 6. Change the TV Picture Setting to ‘VIVID’ 7. Change Brightness to MAX. 8. Check Whitish Condition on orange pattern. 9. Select White (50%) Pattern 10. Check Whitish Condition on white pattern.
CAUSE
Panel defect.
SOLUTION
Panel exchange is needed, so an AEP event is needed (end customer case) or DOA return (for dealer case).
