SYMPTOM
Intermittently macro blocking appears when watching TV broadcast with a CAM (CI+ module) connected. The issue happens on both encrypted and FTA (unencrypted) channels. When the module is removed, no more macro blocking can be observed on the FTA (unencrypted) channels.
CAUSE
Variation in component specifications between different boards.
