SOLUTION
Update with the latest software version, by following the abridged procedure below.
NOTE: For full software procedure please check Service Manual 9-888-196-xx.
1. Download the applicable file attached to this Technical Bulletin, unzip and copy the extracted file to the root of an empty USB stick.

2. Turn the unit ON.
3. Insert the USB memory into the USB port 1 located at the side of the unit.
4. Pull Out the AC plug and wait 10 second (considering the charge of AC adaptor).
5. Press the
key located on the lower part of TV and hold it while inserting the AC plug.
