Subject: Forgotten PIN Code for an Android Restricted Profile
PROBLEM:
You have enabled the Restricted Profile option on your Android TV, but you do not remember the PIN code to exit from the Restricted Profile mode.
SOLUTION:
If you have forgotten the PIN code and cannot exit the Restricted Profile mode, you will need to delete the PIN code from your profile by performing a Factory data reset.
IMPORTANT: Performing a factory reset will wipe all of your personal data and settings on your TV and bring your TV back to its initial factory state.
1. Press the [HOME] button on the remote control
2. Select [Help]
3. Select [Contact & Support]
(Note: On Android 6.0 models, [Contact & Support] is located in the [Troubleshooting and system information] category.)
4. Press the buttons on the remote in the following order while on the [Contact & Support] screen: RED, 4, 3, 5, 7, PLAY
5. The TV will reboot, and Factory data reset will be performed automatically
