Subject: Continuous Reboot [REVISION 2].
SYMPTOM
Lollipop Continuous Reboot. Start-up screen like below.
Marshmallow Continuous Reboot. Start-up screen like below.
SOLUTION
Lollipop Continuous Reboot:
- Replace the main board with the correct Part Number like indicated in the Service Manual
Marshmallow Continuous Reboot:
- Recover the TV set by applying the Factory Data Reset like explained in Technical Bulletin 17TV005.
Note:
- Press down softly the “VOL-” key as pressing firmly may cause the process to be interrupted.
- If the TV does not restart by itself and return to initial set-up screen, please repeat the steps 1 to 5 from
17TV005 until this occurs (minimum 5 tries)
- If this does not occur after the fifth attempt, please exchange the main board with the correct Part Number
like indicated in the Service Manual.
