Subject: DKA board handling precautions / 4 times blinking.
SYMPTOM
Possibility to break F3200 on BKA board when exchanging DKA board resulting in 4 times blinking and defect BKA board.
CAUSE
Short current through F3200 when 36 pin FFC touch the GND plate.
SOLUTION
When exchanging DKA board
- Wait 90 seconds after AC OFF, for discharging St-by 3.3V.
- Disconnect the 36 pin FFC (connector CN3201) from the DKA board and prevent that the 36 pin FFC touches the GND plate.
