Subject: “Samba Services Manager has stopped” error.
SYMPTOM
"Samba Services Manager has stopped" pops up every few seconds after doing Network Direct Download or Over Network Download update to PKG6.2671.
CAUSE
‘Samba Services Manager’ disabled in ‘Apps’.
SOLUTION
Do Factory Data Reset. Important: The factory reset will delete all personal settings, data and downloaded apps on the TV. This requires a complete set up of the TV.
OR
Enable ‘Samba Services Manager’ in ‘Apps’ by following the below procedure.
Press the ‘HOME’ on the Remote Commander
Select [Settings]
