Subject: Remote Commander does not work. (RMF-TXxxxx) [REVISION 2]
SYMPTOM
Remote Commander does not output Infrared by any button. Can be checked – like illustrated in below picture - by using a camera.
Note: Not possible to check with a camera that is using an Infrared filter.
Voice Remote Commander not working / can not be paired.
CAUSE
Voice Remote control in sleep state with wake up function disabled.
Bluetooth communication disrupted by interference.
SOLUTION
Remove the batteries and short circuit the – terminal of the left and the + terminal of the right battery case like illustrated in the next picture.
