Subject: Horizontal green bars on screen (FRC-pattern)
SYMPTOM
In the KS and KH series, due to a defect in the FRC (Frame Rate Control) IC of the mainboard, FRC patterns are generated in which the screen is split horizontally into lateral green noise bars.
CAUSE
IC4600 FRC voltage problem on the mainboard.
SOLUTION
Replace the mainboard. This is not a panel fault (do not create AEP exchange!)
