Subject: Wavy lines on a reflected image [REVISION 3].

SYMPTOM
Wavy lines may be visible on a reflected image.
CAUSE
In order to provide strength of set structure, a process is used which can lead to a slight distortion of reflected images being visible on the screen.
SOLUTION
This distortion (only) seen in a reflected image is a normal phenomenon of the manufacturing processes used in the construction of the screen.
There is no degradation in the picture and sound quality performance of the OLED TV created by this manufacturing process.
It is normal for the amount of distortion to vary between screens.
This is not a fault or a defect. It is normal and a result of sophisticated design and backlight technology.
