Subject: Vertical colour bar pattern on screen
SYMPTOM
Vertical colour bar pattern is displayed on TV screen.
CAUSE
This symptom is caused by IC4600 FRC (Frame Rate Converter) defect in the mainboard.
Location of
IC4600
SOLUTION
Replace the mainboard. This is not a panel fault (do not create an AEP exchange!)
