Subject: Procedure to get error log and operation time without display [REVISION 2].
SYMPTOM
With damaged screen, not possible to see ‘Self Diagnosis Display ‘ from TV like in below picture.
SOLUTION
1) Create a file called ‘selfdiaginfo.txt ‘ in the root of a blank USB stick.
2) Put the TV in Standby.
3) Push the below key sequence on the remote control to turn the TV ON with Self diagnostic screen.
<Display (info)> <5> <Vol -> <Power> (within 2 seconds)
4) Insert the USB stick into the USB slot located at the side of the TV set.
5) The file on the USB stick will be populated with info.
6) Remove the USB stick from the TV.
7) Copy the file ‘ selfdiaginfo.txt ‘ to your computer, Right click and open with Word Pad. The ‘Self Diagnosis Display ‘ will be shown like in below example. ( Showing the possible errors and on the bottom ‘ Total Operation Time
