Subject: Multiple Screen Vendors used in production for PTV Lenticular and Fresnel
Screens

Please note that two PTV screen vendors are used in production for 2003 Models
57H83, 57H93, 65HX83 and 65HX93. Prior to replacing any screen/s, care must be
exercised that the correct screen is used. The lenticular or fresnel screens cannot be
mixed between vendors. The screens must be paired by vendor. Examine the screens
requiring replacement for the correct part number as identified on a small sticker along
the very edge of the screen. Failure to correctly pair the lenticular and the fresnel
screens will result in loss of picture performance of the PTV.
