Information Item: When Service intervention is necessary on Projection TV Models
51H83, 57H83 and 50A62, the following procedure must be fully
completed as described in the following steps:
1) Compare the Model / Serial Number of the set requiring service to the Model / Serial
Number range indicated below. Units that are NOT within the below indicated Model /
Serial Number range require no further service intervention as the result of this
Technical Bulletin. Units that ARE within the Model / Serial Number range must be
inspected using the “Inspection Procedures” as described on page 2 of this Technical
