SYMPTOM
Intermittently macro blocking appears when watching TV broadcast with a CAM (CI+ module) connected. The issue happens
on both encrypted and FTA (unencrypted) channels. When the module is removed, no more macro blocking can be observed
on the FTA (unencrypted) channels.
