Subject: Error message “Your device has failed verification.” after MB exchange [REVISION 0]
SYMPTOM
After replacing the mainboard on a FY22 X72K/X73K set (APE2 segment) and installing the latest software package from TB
22TV022, the following message appears on the screen “Your device has failed verification. System halted”.
SOLUTION
Update the TV set with the recovery software below following the update procedure on the next page. This procedure only has
to be followed in case the above message is displayed.
