We are aware of continuously ongoing customer claims related to macro block noise.

Please make sure of the following checks before proceeding with any parts' replacement:
1. Make sure the latest software is installed for the applicable model, following TB 16TV004.
2. Make sure that the signal quality is OK in customer location.
• Tune the TV to the affected channel and wait for macro blocking to appear.
• Press the ‘Help’ button on the remote.
• Navigate to ‘Status & Diagnostics’.
• Navigate to ‘Signal diagnostics’ and press OK.
