SYMPTOM
Customers may complain that:
• There is no function of the POWER SAVING feature.
• The POWER SAVING mode does not work.
• There is no apparent change of the set during POWER SAVING REDUCE mode.
SOLUTION
Connect the service jig board (TL1 Board) to the TV and the PC, and update the software of the main microcomputer (IC1002 on the BP Board) to version 1.200 or higher as explained below.
