Reliability Improvement of Power-on Operation [REVISION 1] 211A
SYMPTOM
The reliability of the power-on operation of the Media Boxes MBD-MRX1 and MBT-MRX1 has been improved.
SOLUTION
If the power-on operation needs to be improved, replace the A2 and/or H5 Board exactly as explained below.
Failing to do so may prevent the set from powering on after repair.
• Replace the A2 and/or H5 Board in accordance with the compatibility table shown below.

• In some rare cases, a message "ERROR 2" may appear at powering on, pointing to a problem with the signals
sent from the H5 Board to the A2 Board. In this case the A2 and H5 Boards must be replaced with the part
numbers listed below.

NOTE
The H5 Board can also be converted from type A-1410-849-A to type A-1410-849-B by changing the resistors
R9510 and R9541 as indicated in the following table.
