Buzz Noise from Speaker at Low Volume [REVISION 1] 1541
SYMPTOM
Buzz noise from the speaker when volume level 1 is selected. The problem does not occur in the muting position.
CAUSE
Excessive noise from the inverter.
SOLUTION
1. Add a 2700μF capacitor on the G2 Board between the Vcc line and GND of the audio amplifier's power supply
as explained below.
• Apply RTV133 bond at the location where the capacitor will be fitted.
• Solder the plus side of the capacitor to pins 13 / 14 and the minus side to pins 11 / 12 of CN6200.
• Bend the capacitor legs until the capacitor body gets fixed to the RTV bond.
