Poor White Balance with External Source [REVISION 1] G432
SYMPTOM
Various problems, including:
• Poor white balance (greenish or reddish screen) when switching on the set with an external device connected
to AV1 (RGB selected). Performing AV switching and selecting AV1 again or switching the set OFF/ON solves
the problem.
• Only in case of KDL-S32A12U, KLV-S19A10E, KLV-S19A10U, and KLV-S32A10E the white balance offsets
are not applied when switching from PC to RF SECAM or from NTSC RGB to PAL CVBS.
SOLUTION
Update the software of IC1002 on the BE Board to version 10.26B or later as explained on the following pages.
