SYMPTOM
Power problem while the LED is flashing two, three, five, or eight times.
CAUSE
Failure of D8803, D8805, D8812, D8813, or D8816 on the GE1 Board (S23) or the GE2 Board (S26, S32, S40).
The number of flashes depends on which diode is shorted.
SOLUTION
Replace the defective diode(s) as indicated below.
