Caution when Replacing BA Board for EX-2L Chassis
SYMPTOM
Two types of BA Board exist, having a different tuner mounted.
SOLUTION
Both BA boards are compatible, but when mounting, make sure to update to the latest software version and
install the correct NVM file, referring to Technical Bulletin 09TV025 for the upgrade procedure and TB 09TV040
for the software files.
For compatibility reasons, it is not possible to exchange the original tuner with a silicon tuner or vice versa. The
pictures below may help to differentiate between the two types of tuner.
