SYMPTOM
The set does not power on and the LED is blinking four times. The LED error code indicates that the panel is defective.
CAUSE
The shield of the "Panel Inverter Board" may be slightly bent near CN004, creating a short-circuit between the shield and the pattern of the 24V line on the board.
SOLUTION
Bend the shield 97° ± 1° (~ 1 mm) instead of 90° to avoid contact with the "Panel Inverter Board". If the "Panel Inverter Board" proves defective, replace the complete panel.
