No Power-on, LED Blinking Four Times [REVISION 1] 1110
SYMPTOM
The set does not power on and the error message "Backlight trouble" blinks four times on the LED display.
CAUSE
When the "Panel Inverter Board" is screwed too tightly to the rear chassis, the board will bend, narrowing the gap
and causing the corona to discharge.
SOLUTION
Prevent the corona from discharging by adding 5 mm rubber spacers on the insulation sheet as explained below to
keep the gap wide enough. Panels already equipped with the rubber spacers can be identified by a dot mark on the
shield case of the "Panel Inverter Board" as indicated below.

Follow the flowchart shown below and perform the applicable procedure.
Important: for model KDL-40V2000 two types of panel are used (LTZ400WT-LH1 and LTY[Z]400-WS-L02/H2).
Notice that this Technical Bulletin is only applicable to LTY[Z]400-WS-L02/H2.
