SYMPTOM
The latest software package #19 and #19c are valid for the SE1-ODM chassis (15 or 20"), and include the
improvements below.

* TV skips regional services in Denmark (TV2) due to broadcast changes.
1. TV2 channel is incorrectly stored (Second MUX) – Weaker signal.
2. TV2 is located in multiple channel locations but picture not available.

Install the latest software packages using the files attached to this document and following the abridged procedure
on the next page for software fixes. The software package to be installed depends on whether the S/N is included
in list A or list B.
