SYMPTOM
The selected part is subject to Module Exchange Reporting rules. Please follow these steps and enter all data
required in the report before submitting.
SOLUTION
1. Open ASSIST and select “Module Exchange Report” under the “Reporting” menu. If you cannot see this menu,
then your account does not have the correct permissions. Please contact your local Sony service representative to
request access to this feature.
