Uneven Uniformity
SYMPTOM
Uneven uniformity.
CAUSE
Certain dark viewing conditions, e.g. a blank screen with no video source.
SOLUTION
The TV sets listed have the software package “PKG1501” or “PKG1016” installed. To minimize the problem mentioned above, follow the software upgrade procedure as explained in Technical Bulletin 07TV031, using the attachments to Technical Bulletin 07TV032. The precise package to be installed depends on whether the serial number is included in list A or list B.
