RGB Picture Distortion with JVC DVD Player [REVISION 2]
SYMPTOM
• Intermittently, some RGB picture distortion may appear with the JVC DVD player, model VR800. Sets affected
have a software version lower than v1.120 (TM1.110, TD1.010, DM2.12.41).
• Additionally, some other malfunctions have been listed.

HDMI-CEC problem 1 (TV connected with an AV amplifier with CEC functionality)
The sound stops for a few seconds. K78X
HDMI-CEC problem 2 (TV connected to a Panasonic DVD Player or Home Theatre)
When the TV and CEC function are ON and the DVD is powered OFF, operating the
“One touch play mode” of the CEC function of the DVD will cause the TV to power off
and power on again after 30 seconds, with the DVD player powered off.
The Home Theatre System is OK.

SOLUTION
If one of the symptoms occurs, update to the latest software version. Refer to Technical Bulletin 07TV050 for the
