Picture Blanking during VHS Playback [REVISION 1]
SYMPTOM
While viewing VHS material the picture may intermittently blank out during a short period of time.
CAUSE
Problem in the automatic colour detection circuit.
SOLUTION
• 1. TEMPORARY: TV Colour System Setting Change (AUTO → PAL)
* In case of NTSC recorded tapes the setting should be PAL60.
* Since this setting is stored individually for each input, it will not prevent other equipment from working
correctly.
1.1 Select the AV input on the TV connected to the VHS player.
1.2 Press [Menu] and choose [Settings
