TV Switching On/Off or No Power 1110
SYMPTOM
The set may intermittently power off or on, or be impossible to power on, with 2 LEDs blinking.
CAUSE
• Bad contact between the connector and core of the power relay. The core is deformed due to the
incompatibility of two internal parts.
• The diagram below illustrates the problem.
* OK = the “Move contact” pushes the “Fixed contact”, making the latter bend.
* Not OK = the “Move contact” pushes the “Fixed contact”, without making the latter bend due to the “Fixed
contact” being 0.2mm more curved outside than allowed
