SYMPTOM
• In countries which use “order fond sorting” the “Favourite Lists” 2, 3 and 4 may be deleted when the TV is in
standby.
• All European countries, except those listed below, are affected. The non-affected countries use “LCN sorting”.

CAUSE
Software bug, causing a network setting change.
SOLUTION
If the problem occurs, update the Emma software to version 2.14.583 or higher, referring to Technical Bulletin
07TV086R* for the software upgrading procedure and the attachment to Technical Bulletin 07TV085R* for the
latest software package.
