SYMPTOM
A new BE1F board has been introduced, requiring an update of the TVM, NVM and Digital data.
SOLUTION
• Upgrade with the latest software package(s), using the attachments to Technical Bulletin 08TV017, and
following the procedure outlined below. Use the letters A, B and C in the table below to determine the precise
package to be installed.
• In case of a 40 inch model, refer to Technical Bulletin 07TV099 to determine whether the set has an AUO or SLCD
panel.
• Verify step 3-7 of this Technical Bulletin to see whether on top of the regular update file also the alternative
update file has to be used.
