Software Packages Follow-Up for SE-2H Chassis [REVISION 2]
SYMPTOM
The latest software package #013 is valid for all SE-2 Hotel models.
SOLUTION
Install the latest software package #013 using the files attached to this document and following the abridged
procedure for software fixes outlined below.

Update procedure
1. Copy the attached “SE2H_HO_pkg_xxx_ms.zip” file to an empty Memory Stick and unzip it.
2. Switch off the TV using the [Power] key, and insert the MS. Do NOT use the remote commander [Standby] key!
3. Switch on the TV using the [Power] key.
4. The “Digital Micro” data will be updated. No download message appears.
5. When finished, the “TV Micro” update will start. An “Update Start” message appears on the screen.
6. After a few seconds the “Update Start” message disappears and the update process starts.
7. During the MS download, the left amber [Timer] LED will blink, while the centre [Standby] LED is red and fix.
8. When the update process has finished, the TV set will power on.
9. After a few seconds, the “Update Complete” message appears.
10. Switch off the TV and remove the Memory Stick.
11. Power on the TV.
12. Apply “TT08” (recommended but not obligatory).
