Part #: TXN/P1BFTUS & TXN/P1BJTUS
Symptom: Shuts down with power LED 10 blinks.
Cause: Missing 395Vdc output due to shorted Q412 & Q413 and open PR401.
Remedy: Replace Q412, Q413, PR401 & check/replace Q408 and Q409.
Note: Always confirm condition of Q408 & Q409, in some cases could be shorted.
