IMPORTANT NOTE: It is recommended to check
the wire dressing of EACH set returned for service and
carry out the below modification to prevent future problems.
SYMPTOM
The set may not power on.
CAUSE
Wire dressing too tight, causing the connector to disconnect from the housing (CN101).
SOLUTION
• OPTION 1: If wires are pulled out of the connector, it is necessary to replace the harness.

• OPTION 2: If at first sight no problems, but to avoid a new repair, proceed as follows. Refer to the pictures on
the next page for a visualization of the 3 steps below.
2-1. Replace the “Sheet Core, C” from the bottom side of the T-CON shield to the top side, near the SW unit,
as shown on the next page.
