SYMPTOM
After 1 to 5 hours of playing, the picture may partially disappear, as illustrated below. After around 12 to 16 hours of
ageing the symptom will again disappear.
CAUSE
Panel problem.

SOLUTION
In most of the cases, panels can be recovered to good condition after 16 hours of ageing and then be returned to
the customer. Refer to the instructions below for the correct ageing conditions and panel treatment method.
Ageing condition
• A temperature of about 40 °C must be established.
• Preferably use a plastic bag, while the set is on full white picture, like shown below.
