Communication Error [REVISION 1] 2310
SYMPTOM
Picture and sometimes also sound disappears for a few seconds, while the message “Communication error 001”
and/or “Communication error 002” is displayed.
SOLUTION
• In case the symptom appears, follow the service procedure flow on the next page.
• If the problems remains, complete the “Com_error_Survey.xls” document attached to this Technical Bulletin,
and send it to your local FQE.
• When filling in this Excel sheet survey, please include a layout of the room where the media box and monitor
are placed, referring to the example below.
