SLCD / SEC Panel Specs for Pixel Problem 1385
This document contains the criteria for determining pixel problems with SLCD and SEC panels.
1. INSPECTION CONDITIONS
• Ambient condition
* Temperature: 25 ± 5 °C
* Illumination: 100~150 lux
• Viewing distance
* 100~120 cm from the LCD module
=> If the defect is only visible from within this distance, then do not consider it as a problem.
• Viewing angle
* 90 degrees (± 45° left / right) between the module surface and the inspector’s line of view
• Test pattern and area
* Red, Green, Blue, White, Black, 25 % Grey, 30 % Grey, 50 % Grey
