SYMPTOM
This Technical Bulletin describes the upgrading procedure for the EX-2N_AVC_SPOT Chassis, using a USB stick.
Amongst others, an update is needed for software fixes or when exchanging the B board.

SOLUTION
1. Preparation
1-1. Take an empty USB stick, and create a folder called “upgrades”.
1-2. Depending on the model, download the following two files, which are attached to Technical Bulletin 09TV082:
“Dev_M6Rxx_M6.xxx.upg” (Software update) and “NVM_M6Rxx_xxINCH_FHD_MIDxx.upg” (NVM update).
1-3. Copy both files inside the “upgrades” folder of the USB stick.
2. Software update
2-1. Insert the USB stick in the USB TV slot, and switch on the TV.
2-2. Open the Service Menu by clicking “<info> + <5> + <Vol+> + <standby>” or via TT mode select “Menu”.
2-3. Within the Service Menu, select “Software Upgrade” by clicking the following button sequence on the remote
commander: [] + [] + [] + [] + [OK] + [OK]. The TV will automatically restart and the Upgrader Menu will
appear.
