OAD Activation by ASTRA
SYMPTOM
OAD (Over Air Download) service for software updates is activated by ASTRA satellite services, but this OAD is not
automatically available.
SOLUTION
For correct detection of the software update information, it is necessary to perform the steps indicated below.
• Perform a TV factory reset / TV Installation.
• Perform full scan tuning on ASTRA 19.2E Satellite.
• Select “Anixe HD” service.
• Firmware update.
The latest OAD software version (1.585) includes a countermeasure for problems in version 1.545 or previous
and related to TV in error mode and red LED blinking 10 times.
• Software version confirmation.
1. TV Factory Reset and TV Installation
1-1. Power on the TV.
1-2. Select the “Home“ key on the remote commander and select “Settings”. Select the “Set-up” menu and press
the centre button.
