Download (and unzip) the attached file(s) in order to install the applicable software, referring to the next page of this
Technical Bulletin for the abridged upgrade procedure or TB 10TV046 for the full procedure.
NOTE: Please be aware that two software versions exist: one for Italy (having ITALY in the file name) and one for
all other destinations. Make sure not to mix up both versions.

Update procedure
1. TV
1-1. Extract the appropriate Application SW file (“USER_UP_*.zip”), and copy the included “AP.bin” file to the root
folder of your USB Stick.
NOTE: Two software versions exist: one for Italy, the other one for the rest of Europe.
1-2. Plug in the USB Stick.
1-3. Plug the AC Cord.
1-4. The update will automatically start. Wait until the message “Please remove the USB device and wait for
rebooting” appears.
1-5. Remove the USB Stick from the memory slot. The TV will reboot by itself.
