SYMPTOM
Two types of panel exist, being compatible after a software / NVM update.
SOLUTION
1. Panel identification
Use the panel label and/or serial number to identify the panel type.

2. Software update
In case of exchanging to a different panel type, make sure to install the updates indicated below, using the software
attached to Technical Bulletin 09TV093.
2-1. Make sure SW version #1.585 or higher is installed, using the “MSImage_*.zip” file.
2-2. Make sure that the NVM is compatible.
