HDMI HD Inputs Set to “Smart” F37H
SYMPTOM
When watching HD content (720p, 1080i, 1080p) with HDMI input with 4:3 aspect and the picture screen format is
set to "Auto", content may be displayed in “Smart” instead of “Wide” mode.
SOLUTION
TEMPORARY: In case the customer accepts, change the screen format from [Auto] to [Wide].
FINAL: Update to the latest software version, using the software attached to TB 10TV005, following the
procedure outlined in TB 10TV007.
