Mounting Hook on VESA Bracket Screwing Problem 1654
SYMPTOM
It is not possible to fix the wall mounting hooks to the rear cover.
CAUSE
Either the internal nut holder is broken, or the internal nut is loose due to screws longer than 16 mm being used.
SOLUTION
If necessary, replace the rear cover. Make sure to use the correct screw size, which is maximally 12 mm in length
measured from the attaching surface of the mounting hooks. Otherwise, the TV may be damaged again.
