Recommendations for Glass Assembly Handling [REVISION 1]
SYMPTOM
Dust or other foreign material may intrude between the glass and LCD Panel.
SOLUTION
The following items are recommended when handling the Glass Assembly, ranked in order of importance.
* Rubber gloves (to prevent leaving fingerprints)
* Cleaning cloth
* Air duster (spray can type)
* Mat with dark colour (to detect dust and dirt)
* Bright light (about 2.000 lx)
* Air blow gun (with filter – ionizing type is recommended)
* Clean suit, cap, mask
* Humidifier (to reduce static electricity and dust)
* Clean booth
